I never really paid it much attention before but I’ve been watching ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ and it’s really good.
Great characters, brilliant actors and really funny. An easy watch too as it’s around 25 minutes per episode.

After a more than heavy weekend I will binge watch Shogun episodes 3-6 on the sofa with a bottle of chateauneuf du pape.

Finished The Old Man last night.
Don't understand the problem with the flashbacks, as they go a long way to explaining why the story has got to where it is and don't really see how they could have done so without them without a ridiculous amount of exposition being involved.
A solid 8/10 from me, and really looking forward to series 2.

Currently half way through The Gentleman on Netflix and quite enjoying it.

Halfway through Old man and enjoying it but it has that annoying thing of music underneath the dialogue and i seem to struggle with that.

The ending definitely fizzled out in the last Ep you’re left wondering WTF! I think they did that because of Bridges illness! Most annoying thing for me are the fight scenes where an old timer overcomes younger fitter stronger personnel, he does have two dogs to help him though. I thought the two timelines were ok: yanks in Afghan helping to defeat the Russians If S2 wraps it all up that’ll be good

Duke - I'm reading season 2 of the old man is out later this year. Season 1 got mixed reviews, read it fizzled out and got stale after the first few eps and the flashbacks were annoying?

Halfway through series 3 of Fargo. 1& 2 were excellent, this one so far ist up to that standard yet but I'll stick with it.
Anyone seen Goliath?

Finished Fargo 5, got right into it halfway through, back on form, yes, but still not up there with the first two for me.

I dont think they ever properly finished it! Jeff Bridges got Covid and was diagnosed with cancer! A good watch while it lasts.
